Job Title: Sales Lead, Risk Software

WTW Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for articulating the innovative value proposition of our risk analytics software and selling it to corporate buyers.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a market-leading analytical technology that empowers clients to create their own risk narrative and strategically push a risk agenda. Our software platform, RiskIQ, is real-time and has created an expanded remit for Risk Management, allowing for engagement across the business and into functions in treasury, Information security, sustainability, and enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities
  • Articulate the value proposition of our risk analytics software to corporate buyers
  • Sell the software as a service to clients
  • Work with our brokerage network to generate new sales leads
  • Develop expertise on how our models work and engage clients in live demos
  • Partner with the Risk and Analytics sales team to sell the broader consultative proposition
Requirements
  • Software sales experience
  • Experience within the risk management or insurance sector
  • Understanding of analytical processes and financial indicators and parameters
  • Ability to make decisions in a timely manner and under tight deadlines
  • Skilled in assigning responsibility for tasks and decisions
