About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Case Manager to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers to address sales, product knowledge, service issues, and dealer information
  • Use customer satisfaction tools to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer loyalty
  • Work closely with customers, service support, and dealers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Document customer inquiries and concerns, and use this information to improve customer service processes
  • Participate in business-related marketing and sales projects, and meet specified goals as set forth by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or public relations, or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent English language proficiency
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Typing skills (minimum of 30 words per minute)
