Key Responsibilities- Design and develop test systems and equipment for complex programs
- Develop and implement test procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test systems into larger systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in test engineering
- 10+ years of experience in test engineering with a focus on complex systems
- Strong understanding of circuit theory, computer design, and instrumentation
- Experience with firmware design and development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with RF design engineering
- Knowledge of special test equipment design and development
