Principal Engineer, Quality Engineering

Job Summary:
Saviynt is seeking a Principal Engineer, Quality Engineering to join our Quality Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, and execution of automation projects across teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams like Support, Expert services, and Product Management teams to understand priorities and resolve problems throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, architecture, and execution of automation projects across teams
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand priorities and resolve problems
* Collaborate with teams on automation strategies and select appropriate toolkits
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior software quality engineers
Requirements:
* 14+ years of Test Automation experience with at least 3 Years in role of Automation Architect
* Proven expertise in crafting enterprise-level test automation strategies, roadmaps, capacity planning, and estimation
* Strong knowledge in building, creating, and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks
* Excellent oral, written, and documentation skills
* Strong analytical abilities, with a systems-thinking approach to test automation architecture
* Experience working with Agile and Lean methodologies
* Promote increased QA productivity through automation, tools, and industry best practices
