Position: We are currently seeking a qualified IT Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Install and maintain all IT hardware.
  • Implement and support both purchased and custom software solutions.
  • Participate in necessary meetings.
  • Provide operational support during your shift and potentially during off-hours as required.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot various system-related challenges.
  • Establish computer security protocols.

  • Deliver technical assistance on-site or through remote communication.
  • Supervise a small team of technicians.
  • Conduct regular audits of our systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at identifying the root cause of customer issues, whether in person, via chat, or over the phone.
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience in automotive, warehouse, or manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills aligned with company standards.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Logical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to cover various shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary.
