Key Responsibilities

  • Build/modify data visualization dashboards to suit client needs
  • Administer relational databases
  • Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets
  • Assist with survey design and execution
  • Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts
Requirements
  • BA/BS and 5+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience
  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required
  • Previous data analysis experience within the IC
  • Previous survey design, administration, and analysis experience
  • Strong Tableau experience is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tools: Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal system, PD Library, Lawson
  • Workforce analytics and workforce planning experience
