Executive Office Coordinator

Hamilton-Ryker is a leading company in its industry, seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office.
We are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, conferences, and registrations, as well as handling a wide range of administrative tasks. Key duties include:
- Scheduling and Logistics:
• Schedule meetings, conferences, and registrations using calendar software.
- Communication and Correspondence:
• Respond to emails, letters, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Office Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Support Services:
• Provide administrative support to senior staff members.
We require an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is proactive, independent, and able to take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Key Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proactive and independent, Able to take initiative, Strong organizational and time management skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
