Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Teema Staffing. This is a direct-hire, permanent role with excellent benefits and perks.

Salary: $110,000 - 120,000 annually, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations using intellectual and neuropsychological testing.
  • Measure and interpret test results, design protocols for monitoring the neurocognitive and emotional status of clients.
  • Conduct screenings and evidence-based diagnostic outpatient evaluations of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record promptly, write letters, notes, and formal clinical reports on client contacts.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed as a clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist in North Carolina.
  • Prior testing experience is a plus, but training is available.
  • If you have a desire to work with children, no experience is necessary, we will train you.
  • Prior ASD experience is a plus but training is available.
