The compensation package for this role includes a salary guarantee ranging from $280,000 to $285,000, with the potential for higher earnings through wRVUs. Additionally, the company offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation costs, and comprehensive health benefits, along with a retirement plan.

Job Description

As a Child Health Specialist at Delta Companies, you will be working in a traditional family medicine practice focusing on outpatient care and Pediatrics. The position features a four-day work week with an average of 15 patients per day. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing pediatric cases.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

  • Traditional FM or MED/PED opportunity
  • Outpatient - Primary Care + Pediatrics
  • 1:4 call rotation - Average 0-4 pediatric inpatient admissions
  • NO High Risk C-Sections required
  • Newborn nursery On-site (approx. 40 births/month)
  • 4-Day Work Week / Average of 15 Patients per day in clinic
