About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in North Carolina as a Child Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABA services. You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians and provide ongoing supervision and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care. Additionally, you will develop and implement policies and procedures based on the principles of behavior analysis, collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Behavior Technicians and provide ongoing supervision and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures based on the principles of behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment.

Requirements:
  • A master's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
  • Active BACB Certification, meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
  • North Carolina LBA certification.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism.
  • Active CPR training.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
