We are seeking a skilled and friendly Club Host/Hostess to join our team at Levy Sector in the Enterprise Center. As a Club Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets and directs guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handles customer service situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Supervises food-service associates in the dining room, ensuring proper customer service, food handling, and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Trains new food-service team members and assists with service, including occasional bussing and food service.
  • Ensures side work and station setup is properly completed during closing.
  • Assists with emergency safety procedures and evacuates guests to safety in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
