The Opportunity
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for Bank products, focusing on member satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and drive alignment on business strategy and objectives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear vision for the team to prioritize their work effectively, leveraging Agile methodologies to optimize results.
- Work with the team to define acceptance criteria based on business requirements and customer needs, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Drive successful implementation of objectives, goals, and commitments for Bank products and customer experience, maintaining a customer-centric approach.

- Recommend product, process, or service improvements based on business and regulatory issues, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of related experience (in lieu of degree), demonstrating a strong foundation in business and finance.
- 8 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business analysis, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product life cycle management, with expertise in analyzing business requirements and implementing solutions.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to influence others, driving business outcomes and results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SCALED AGILE and previous Agile Product Owner role, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Background in Business Architecture, Human Centered Design, Data Lake/Data Design, Fraud, and Process Engineering, with a strong foundation in business and finance.
