About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Lead to join our team at Lennox International. As a key member of our digital product development team, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our award-winning Hub, website, and app platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full accountability and transparency for delivery and success of Lennox International's digital platforms
  • Lead onshore and offshore development teams, including creating user stories, planning sprints, and managing backlog
  • Define and execute the product vision within the context of building external partner tools that drive loyalty to our brands
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategy and execution path to deliver results
  • Provide updates and demos of product features and progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct or facilitate voice of customer activities to identify business, customer, and user needs
  • Capture user and business needs in the form of user stories, functionality expectations, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field
  • 8+ years of experience as a hands-on business analyst, product owner, or product manager of software-based solutions
  • Demonstrated success working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful software products
  • Ability to research and explore product and feature opportunities and user experience improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to quickly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous problem spaces

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or experience in the refrigeration or HVAC domain
  • Experience implementing eCommerce solutions, preferably via Salesforce B2B Commerce
  • Experience partnering with external implementation partners
