Job Title: Principal Product Manager, Enterprise Financial Services

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned product manager with a passion for financial services and a track record of delivering world-class software products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing a product roadmap that meets the needs of our mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer impact and business objectives
  • Lead the definition and execution of a product roadmap that supports the delivery of awesome end-to-end, mid-market-ready financial services capabilities
  • Build and own a quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap to deliver on business objectives
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology synergies are understood and leveraged
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a SaaS-based enterprise software company in the fintech space
  • Superior strategic and analytical skills with the ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations
  • Data-driven with a holistic view and the capability to execute to build a strategy and operationalize the plan
  • Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies, and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to drive fast decisions
  • Strong data literacy and the ability to use data and analytics to back your strategic approach
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $195,000 - $264,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
