About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Strategic Agency Engagement Lead to join our agency partnerships team at Snapchat. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining strategy and priorities to maximize the impact and value of our advertiser solutions through independent agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold responsibility for the financial performance of your Agencies; work to ensure annual and quarterly partnership targets are met
  • Act as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your Agencies
  • Firmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand-building and business-driving platform in the eyes of multiple Agency constituents
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
  • Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually in Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), $160,000-$239,000 annually in Zone B, and $143,000-$214,000 annually in Zone C. This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program and receive equity in the form of RSUs.
