Role Overview

As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and administrative support under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with personal care to promote optimal recovery.
  • Performing essential nursing tasks as delegated by an RN to enhance patient health and wellness.
  • Ensuring a safe environment and the secure delivery of care.
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required.
  • Maintaining necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality care.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an hourly rate starting at $20.34. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who commit to a year of service.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS Certification.
  • Certification to practice as a Nurse Aide in the Commonwealth of Virginia or meet specified criteria.
Physical Demands

This position requires frequent bending, stooping, and the ability to lift/push/pull weights exceeding 100 lbs. Candidates should possess proficient communication skills and attention to detail.
