Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing outstanding service.

Customer Interaction:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications with customers via phone and email, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Deliver accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Effective Communication:

  • Engage with customers empathetically to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations regarding our offerings and processes.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records.

Product Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the company.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of industry trends and customer service best practices.

Quality Standards:

  • Adhere to established quality assurance guidelines during customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems; experience with relevant software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
