Job Title

Behavior Specialist - Support Role

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide support and guidance to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and Autism at SBR Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualized support needs
  • Develop and implement behavioral support plans, incorporating tailored strategies for each person
  • Provide comprehensive training and education to individuals, staff, parents, and caregivers on effective support techniques
  • Maintain ongoing face-to-face contact and meetings with clients and their teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A, preferably adults
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in web-based data systems
Compensation

$33-$48 per hour, commensurate with experience
