We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our team at Potential Inc.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Specialist, you will work one-on-one with children aged 2-18 with Autism, using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to address their behavioral health needs.

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and basic proficiency with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans for clients with varying levels of need
  • Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement therapy programs
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including data collection, session notes, and service logs
