Autonomous Behavior Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Early Intervention team at Discovery Therapy. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality behavioral support services to children with developmental and/or learning disabilities.
As a BCBA, you will conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that drive treatment planning and ABA programming. You will provide behavior services and interventions to children, developing individualized treatment plans with families and monitoring progress towards achieving goals. You will also supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, functional assessment, and treatment plan implementation.
This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing evidence-based treatments. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, current BCBA certification, and PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS). Additionally, they must have experience implementing ABA programs for individuals under 21 with autism spectrum disorder or other related diagnoses.
The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
In this role, you will work closely with families, schools, daycares, medical professionals, and other related disciplines to provide comprehensive behavioral support services. You will be responsible for conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions. You will also be expected to maintain accurate clinical records, graph data, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
