Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits including flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, paid sick time, professional development assistance, referral program, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized behavior plans.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioral issues, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Monitor and document behavior changes, analyzing data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop individualized behavior plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent progress updates.
Requirements
  • A valid RBT license and experience working with children in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, prioritizing the needs of each child.
