About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud management platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for managing Snowflake at scale and more centrally.

You will partner with engineering to define product specifications, design features, and deliver new functionality to customers. Additionally, you will define, set targets for, and track key performance metrics with the data science team around organization and account management, customer profile, centralized operations, and managing at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, 5+ years experience with cloud products/services, and a passion for decomposing ambiguous problem areas. They will also have experience with designing from v0 to v1, as well as maturing a product area from v1 onward.

Responsibilities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for cloud management
  • Partner with engineering to deliver new functionality to customers
  • Define, set targets for, and track key performance metrics
  • Partner across technical program management, legal, marketing, finance, and support teams
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather product requirements and feedback
Requirements
  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years experience with cloud products/services
