Retail Customer Experience Leader

Empowering Customer Experience Excellence
TJ Maxx is seeking a skilled Retail Customer Experience Supervisor to promote exceptional customer service and lead a team of Associates at the front of store. This role involves overseeing the delivery of prompt, courteous customer service and promoting loyalty programs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive internal and external customer experience
- Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
- Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service excellence
- Assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks for Associates
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience
- Ensure Associates execute tasks according to store plan; prioritize as needed
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates; provide progress updates
- Partner with management on Associate training needs; provide recognition and feedback
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Promote credit and loyalty programs; support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
Requirements:
- Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Able to train others; 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience

Starting Pay: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour; actual pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
