About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Consultant II to join our team at Corebridge Financial. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance to plan sponsors and employees eligible for our retirement savings plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group presentations to educate plan participants about plan features and benefits.
  • Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations to promote our retirement plans.
  • Collaborate with our Relationship Manager and District Vice President to develop targeted education campaigns to increase plan participation and deferral rates.
  • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them about plan options and benefits.
  • Travel to new plan enrollments and other business-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred, and appropriate state insurance licenses are required.
  • CFP, ChFC, or similar designations are desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills are essential.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
