About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at RHI DVA Renal Healthcare, Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient and hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a related administrative position in a medical setting.
  • Medical secretary or secretarial certification is preferred.
