This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and high-performing team, leveraging data analytics and Agile approach to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support team members in their project streams, identifying and removing blockers to audit success.
  • Develop a network and influence with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate and/or lead Agile project teams in reviews and internal audit projects.
  • Collaborate with business teams cross-functionally to assess complex business issues, map processes, and identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor risks in a continuous and sustainable way.
  • Set up impactful action plans to mitigate risks and help the team follow up on its implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an equivalent field, MBA preferred; 6+ years of relevant business experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
  • Good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommending solutions to senior management (both orally and in writing). Fluent in English.
  • Good understanding of processes and highlighting financial and operational risks.
  • Problem-solving mindset to help the team find the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with data.
  • Agile Project Management Skills.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
