We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Risk Management team as a Global Risk Management Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and high-performing team, leveraging data analytics and Agile approach to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities- Support team members in their project streams, identifying and removing blockers to audit success.
- Develop a network and influence with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Participate and/or lead Agile project teams in reviews and internal audit projects.
- Collaborate with business teams cross-functionally to assess complex business issues, map processes, and identify business risks and opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor risks in a continuous and sustainable way.
- Set up impactful action plans to mitigate risks and help the team follow up on its implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in an equivalent field, MBA preferred; 6+ years of relevant business experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
- Good communicator, capable of clearly describing complex problems and recommending solutions to senior management (both orally and in writing). Fluent in English.
- Good understanding of processes and highlighting financial and operational risks.
- Problem-solving mindset to help the team find the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data.
- Agile Project Management Skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
