Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Banking Specialist to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Global Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and financial solutions to complex clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping them save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients and prospects on topics such as industry trends, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
  • Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills to drive sales performance and business development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen, with financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses required within 180 days of start date.
