Quality Control Specialist

At Wise Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing statistical control programs, coordinating with other associates to establish quality standards, and supervising and training quality inspectors or other personnel in proper monitoring of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement statistical control program to ensure quality and reliability of products.
  • Coordinate with other associates to establish quality standards on new or revised products.
  • Supervise and train quality inspectors or other personnel in proper monitoring of quality.
  • Inspect production for imperfections before being stored in warehouse.
  • Enter productivity information into computer to create tags, then tag production.
  • Develop quality standards and ensure conformity of purchased materials and final products to quality standards.
  • Maintain system to assure that all products meet quality, reliability, and specifications.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly, and conduct all work in a safe manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
