Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist is a vital member of our rehabilitation team at Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for assessing patients' communication and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on effective communication and swallowing strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid professional license and registration in the state of Tennessee
Experience working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
