Biologics Account Manager

At Smith+Nephew, we're committed to creating the greatest good for society. As a Biologics Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in exceeding sales quotas and growing the Sports Medicine Biologics business within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Convert physicians/accounts through sales calls and provide clinical case coverage in the operating room.
- Train surgeons on Smith+Nephew products through education/programs in your territory.
- Work collaboratively with key orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians.
- Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years direct sales experience with 4 years in the medical device industry preferred.
- Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital.
- Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
- Proven success in achieving quota year over year.
- Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.
