TrellisWare Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and overall effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Administration: Manage the front desk, perform general office duties, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the People and Culture team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, recognition programs, and celebrations.
  • HR Support: Assist with new hire onboarding, background checks, and I-9 forms.
  • Expense Report Management: Reconcile expense reports for the Facilities and People and Culture teams.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, including breakroom and copy room essentials.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives, including social media posts and company newsletters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an office setting or human resources role.
  • Skills: Strong documentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one hour lunch break. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
