About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Holiday by Atria - Atrium At Gainesville. As a key member of our community, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, family members, and vendors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the community, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to resident inquiries.
  • Assist with resident onboarding, including completing necessary paperwork and providing information about community services and amenities.
  • Support the Enrichment Coordinator with various tasks and projects, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide information to potential residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including staff and resident information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
