POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for welcoming clients upon their arrival, addressing inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate personnel. This role also involves managing all incoming phone calls, taking messages, and routing callers to the correct department. As with all roles within our organization, the Front Desk Coordinator is expected to maintain the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handles incoming calls for the organization
