Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Qualify and disqualify opportunities to ensure the most effective use of time and resources.
  • Grow sales numbers by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and account managers to resolve issues and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Initiate contact with new and prospective clients to explore potential business opportunities.
  • Update existing clients on new products and services to ensure they are aware of the latest offerings.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or related positions.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual in English/Mandarin required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
