Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling the company's inventory position at various terminals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, inventory management, and reconciliation. They will be able to analyze and interpret data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

The Inventory Reconciliation Specialist will work closely with operations personnel, including schedulers, traders, and terminal field personnel, to ensure that inventory transactions and issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile inventory positions at refined product expense terminals, co-owned terminals, equity terminals, pipeline, and marine locations
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure timely resolution of inventory transactions and issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely actualization of all light oil hydrocarbon inventory movements
  • Travel to terminal locations to conduct physical inventory count observations

Requirements:
