Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist at Texas Pipe, you will be responsible for accurately counting and tracking inventory levels on a daily basis. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Count and track inventory levels on a daily basis
• Review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity
• Ensure materials are in proper locations
• Break down boxes and pallets as necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Operate a stand-up forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment

Requirements:

• Experience with inventory management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus

Working Conditions:

• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Regularly required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
