Job Title: Tool Inventory Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tool Inventory Specialist to join our team at QuEST Global. As a Tool Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for developing an inventory methodology and categorization system, conducting a thorough physical inventory of all tools, and creating a standardized data entry template.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an inventory methodology and categorization system
  • Conduct a thorough physical inventory of all tools
  • Create a standardized data entry template
  • Consolidate inventory data, including any existing records
  • Photograph each tool type for reference
  • Work with the TDM software provider to understand data structure requirements
  • Import tool data from the catalog into the TDM software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Establish a tool identification and labeling system (if applicable) for integration with TDM system

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Strong experience using illustration tools creating interactive & visual procedures & documentation
  • Experience on Teamcenter
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English language

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Till Dec-24

Bill Rate: $40/hour
