Overview:

Salary: $12-$15 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment, including the cash register area and store floors.
  • Accurately manage personal cash drawer, opening, closing, and balancing daily.
  • Work with Point of Sale system to process transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow all Salvation Army policies regarding merchandise sale, including pricing and inventory management.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication.
  • Basic computer skills, including use of Point of Sale system and payroll program.
  • Ability to give change accurately and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
