About the Job:
RemX is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist to join our medical office team. As a Patient Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing patient registrations, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with patients and staff.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of medical records management and coding practices. You will be responsible for greeting patients upon arrival, assisting with the registration process, and collecting and verifying patient information. You will also maintain accurate medical records, manage front desk operations, and assist in medical coding and billing processes as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the registration process.
* Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
* Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
* Assist in medical coding and billing processes as needed.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting is required.
* Familiarity with medical records management and coding practices is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Proficient in office management tasks, including scheduling and administrative duties.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
