Job Summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in the New London Emergency Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order diagnostic testing and perform procedures within your scope of practice
  • Prescribe medications and develop appropriate disposition plans for patients
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
  • National specialty certification as FNP, PNP, Acute or Primary Care A-GNP, WHNP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
  • Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
  • BLS certification
