Position Overview

The Medical Software Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing sales of CMS Security and Medical Imaging Software, aiming to achieve or surpass organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Highlight and showcase product functionalities based on thorough assessments of client requirements and a solid understanding of product strengths and weaknesses.
  • Craft and present compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Engage in negotiations regarding pricing and contractual terms.
  • Draft and submit sales agreements for client orders.
  • Ensure adherence to software OEM compliance and ethical standards in sales practices.
  • Conduct visits to healthcare facilities to assess needs and identify suitable product and service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions using automated systems.
  • Respond to client inquiries concerning products, pricing, availability, or credit terms.
  • Provide pricing quotes, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
  • Initiate contact with new or existing clients to discuss how specific products or services can fulfill their requirements.
  • Assist clients in selecting products based on their needs, product specifications, and relevant regulations.
  • Oversee compliance of pricing isolation through technical sales quotation management.
  • Prepare sales presentations or proposals to clarify product specifications or applications.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to effectively support sales initiatives.
  • Complete necessary documentation such as expense reports and sales reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and technical sales documentation.
  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, business directories, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate with clients to share insights on selling strategies and marketing information.
  • Advise clients on product utilization to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Study documentation or other resources related to new medical products.
  • Engage in price negotiations and other sales terms.
  • Promote products and services to current or prospective clients.
  • Gather relevant customer and product information to assess client needs.
  • Facilitate the sale of products or services.
  • Prepare necessary sales contracts.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer accounts.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding security and medical software.
  • Clarify technical product or service details to clients.
