Job Summary

Metropolitan Linen Service Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As an Executive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the restaurant, catering, and related food service industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the food service industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site evaluations of hospitality needs and provide tailored service solutions to address specific requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales funnel and drive immediate sales growth to meet or exceed set objectives and quotas.
  • Collaborative Communication: Liaise with the team to communicate customer needs effectively and provide innovative solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of Metropolitan Linen Service Corp at industry events and foster positive relationships within the industry.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Exhibit superior prospecting, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to connect with clients and close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Display general computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the food service industry and its trends.
