About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Choice Healthcare Services. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, recall appointments, and confirm treatment appointments to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Front Office Operations: Process payments, collect and verify patient information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to patient calls, verify eligibility with insurance, and communicate with patients regarding appointment confirmations and recalls.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily sign-in sheets, scan and enter NPPs, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of healthcare or dental front office experience preferred.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
