Role Summary
The Client Relations Specialist is accountable for achieving all revenue targets linked to a designated group of existing season ticket holders. This includes managing renewals, referrals, add-ons, group sales, and upgrades. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, fostering strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored communications, events, programs, and benefits to the Red Bulls' Red Members. The aim is not only to enhance season ticket holder retention through an improved fan experience but also to expand the member base through referrals and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and renew a dedicated portfolio of New York Red Bulls' Red Members.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by cultivating long-term relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Assist in organizing annual Red Member events, gift distributions, renewal initiatives, relocation activities, and programs for undecided fans.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all member expectations are fulfilled.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, loyalty marketing, event coordination, or sales.
Strong planning and project management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative team player in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable engaging with diverse levels of staff and management.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for home matches.
