Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance services. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and analyzing processes to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering parts, and receiving and storing parts in an organized manner.
- Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with the branch financial manager to provide guidance and information to support branch performance and profitability.
- Support the branch financial manager in managing projects and tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
- 2+ years of experience working in a service and parts department preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
- The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- The associate will be required to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines.
- The associate must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg.
