Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Corporate Events Manager based in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive registration process for various events, accommodating between 100 to 1800 participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and sustaining CVENT event registration platforms in alignment with business partner and Event Manager specifications, ensuring compliance with branding standards.
  • Conducting daily monitoring of CVENT event registration platforms to maintain data accuracy and generate reports utilizing CVENT and Excel.
  • Acting as the primary contact for attendees regarding registration queries and concerns during business hours.
  • Collaborating with the AMEX Group Travel desk for air travel arrangements and overseeing Arrival/Departure manifests.
  • Managing the personalized session assignment process for attendees through Microsoft Mail-Merge functionality.
  • Designing attendee badges and procuring necessary materials.
  • Creating mobile applications for attendees for each event using CVENT technologies, coordinating with stakeholders to gather relevant information.
  • Generating and evaluating post-event registration reports, offering insights and suggestions for future events.
  • Tracking registration metrics to ensure objectives are achieved and identifying areas for enhancement.

Housing Management Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining housing block patterns to meet contractual commitments.
  • Overseeing hotel rooming relationships and ensuring proper system utilization.
  • Cross-referencing hotel room lists with internal records to guarantee data accuracy.
  • Entering data for Hotel RFPs into the CVENT Venue Sourcing Tool.
  • Reconciling the master account for housing after event completion.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in managing Passkey room blocks and hotel rooming lists.
  • Extensive experience with CVENT and relevant certifications in the meetings and events sector.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, particularly in handling rooming lists and registration data.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office suite and professional tools: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CVENT registration setup and reporting features.
  • Familiarity with CVENT Venue Sourcing Tool and CVENT Attendee Hub Tool.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, showcasing excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Adept at optimizing registration processes while staying updated on industry trends.
  • Experience working with AMEX Group Travel team or other third-party travel vendors for air booking processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure, including flexibility to adjust work hours near event times.
  • Experience coordinating with A&V teams for requirements such as internet and power drops.
