REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants for server and bartender positions should possess at least six months of experience in catering, banquet, or restaurant service. Cooks must either be enrolled in or have completed a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

All team members must:
  • Be available on Saturdays during peak seasons.
  • Have seasonal availability during specific months.
  • Be punctual and reliable in attending events.
  • Uphold high standards of grooming and presentation.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude.


Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dismantle catering setups, including tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in food preparation, including plating and garnishing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies and equipment.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns or special requests promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing and bartending is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.

Note: This role may involve working in various hospitality settings depending on the job assignment.

Compensation: $18/hr to $20/hr
