Insight Global is seeking a skilled Corporate Events Manager based in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive registration process for various events, accommodating between 100 to 1800 participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CVENT event registration platforms, ensuring compliance with branding standards as directed by business partners and Event Managers.
- Monitor CVENT registration sites on a daily basis to ensure data accuracy and generate reports utilizing CVENT and Excel.
- Act as the primary contact for attendees regarding registration questions and concerns during business hours.
- Collaborate with the AMEX Group Travel desk for air travel arrangements and manage arrival and departure manifests.
- Oversee the personalized session assignment process for attendees, leveraging Microsoft Mail-Merge capabilities.
- Design attendee badges and procure necessary materials.
- Create mobile applications for attendees for each event using CVENT technologies, coordinating with stakeholders to gather essential information.
- Produce and analyze post-event registration reports, offering insights and suggestions for future events.
- Track registration metrics to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for enhancement.
Housing Management Responsibilities:
- Maintain housing block patterns to meet contractual obligations.
- Manage hotel rooming relationships and ensure proper system utilization.
- Cross-check hotel room lists against internal records to guarantee data precision.
- Enter data for Hotel RFPs into the CVENT Venue Sourcing Tool.
- Reconcile the master account for housing after event completion.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing Passkey room blocks and hotel rooming lists.
- Extensive experience with CVENT and relevant certifications in the meetings and events sector.
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly in managing rooming lists and registration data.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CVENT registration setup and reporting features.
- Familiarity with CVENT Venue Sourcing Tool and CVENT Attendee Hub Tool.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, showcasing excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Adept at optimizing registration processes while staying current with industry trends.
- Experience working with AMEX Group Travel or similar travel vendors for air travel arrangements.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt work hours as needed.
- Experience coordinating with A&V teams for technical requirements.
