Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive organizational growth and success
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to achieve programmatic excellence and maximum impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, fundraising, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit or similar organization
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, fiscal management, fundraising, and Board development
  • Experience supervising staff and managing teams
  • Knowledge of Big Brothers Big Sisters service delivery model preferred
Compensation Package:

$120-$130k DOE, plus 100% medical benefits, and annual bonus based on key goals
