Job Summary:

As a Professional Development Specialist-Ambulatory Nurse Educator at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in empowering staff through knowledge and excellence in clinical practice. Under the supervision of the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Practice, you will provide professional development expertise as an educator, change agent, leader, consultant, and facilitator.

You will be responsible for orienting, assessing, and continuing education for all clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence through evidence-based practice. Your ability to deliver information thoroughly and effectively will be essential in utilizing various teaching styles and techniques for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide orientation, competency assessment, and continuing education to all clinical staff
  • Foster a culture of excellence through evidence-based practice
  • Continually assess the learning needs of all clinical staff
  • Lead and maintain all clinical programs and courses
  • Evaluate the impact of program outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Nsg Professional Maryland Registered Nurse Certification preferred
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association CPR
